This year, the HCCA Conference includes an optional Cacao 101 Workshop on Friday, March 27th. This workshop is open to the general public.
Pricing is as follows:
FREE to all paid 2020 Conference Attendees.
$ 50 for the General Public.
Anyone (paid or unpaid conference attendee) may choose to have lunch provided for an additional $10 per person. Feel free to bring your own lunch if you prefer.

9:10 - Dan Corson: Farm Planning (site selection/soil analysis/spacing/land, wind breaks & shade).
10:10 - Ben Field: Tree Establishment and Growth (tree selection, soil prep, seedling growth, fertilization and pesticide use in early years, diversified agriculture).
11:10 - Dan Corson: Pruning Demo (in field) & management of Black Pod.
12:00 - Lunch ($10 prepaid or bring your own).
1:00 - Colin Hart: In Field Harvesting Demo (when/how). Fermentation/Drying/Storage.
